Schiavone aims to play until she's 40

Italian Francesca Schiavone confirms that she can play until she's 40.On a maiden Australian Open quarter-final appearance and career-high ranking she refuses to be satisfied over it.

To acquire a maiden grand slam title by downing Australia's Samantha Stosur in the final of last year's French Open, she became the second - oldest player to achieve it,fell to world No.1 Caroline Wozniacki 3-6 6-3 6-3 at Melbourne Park on Tuesday.

After having led 3-1 in the second,She could easily have blamed fatigue for failing to capitalise on that advantage despite playing the long innings.

But the fitness fanatic refused to use that four hour, 44 minute-triumph over Russian Svetlana Kuznetsova as an excuse, instead blaming herself.

"I should take my chance much more. Next time I want to do it," she said.
